To register for one or more activities of the Service des loisirs, des sports et du développement des communautés or the Service des arts, de la culture et des lettres, you may use the telephone registration system of the Ville de Gatineau. This three-step procedure can be completed at home.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are not refundable, except:

• When the City does not fulfil its obligations.
• When a participant moves out of town before the end of the course. Upon presentation of a proof of a new residency, a reimbursement will be made in proportion to the services received.
• When, for health reasons (illness or injury), the person is no longer able to attend the course, a doctor's certificate will be required, a reimbursement will be made in proportion to the services received.

Conditions

• All activities are subject to change.
• A $25 administration fee will be charged for all returned payments (cheques, Visa or MasterCard).

Non-residents

Starting August 26 at 9 a.m., non-residents may call the Service des loisirs, des sports et du développement des communautés  or the Service des arts, de la culture et des lettres to inquire about available places for the fall registration. Fees, however, are 50 % more for non‑residents.

Municipality of L'Ange-Gardien Residents

In accordance with an intermunicipal agreement, the citizens of the municipality of L'Ange-Gardien are given the same access as the citizens of the Ville de Gatineau to all activities and programs provided by Service des loisirs, des sports et du développement des communautés and le Service des arts, de la culture et des lettres and its partner organizations.

Proof of residence

Any official document that indicates the place of residence and name of the person concerned: a student card, a lease, a school report card, a notaried agreement of purchase or a tax invoice, and service invoices.
